While this draft is one of my first versions of what would soon become my research project, please note, I changed subjects on which I planned to do my research on. It more so serves as a representation of my thinking at the time, and a foundation on how I would structure my project. Disregard this as a piece of the entire project, but acknowledge that it was the original proposal, I shifted my focus completely on something I’m personally more passionate about, and that is retro gaming and its preservation! Below is my reworked second draft, same idea, not what I ended up doing on the rest of the assignment, but an important part of my classwork!

Like the previous paragraph mentioned, this second draft continues my initial focus on malware analysis, but after submitting this assignment and the following literature review, I failed to realize that these assignments are building off of one another (It was a mistake on my part). But since our professor is a very understanding person, she allowed me to change my subject to what my literature review was on (retro gaming). While the focus changed, you can see clearly in my drafts how this early thinking process went.
